A Creative Studio for Singers & Artists

Music has been a part of who I am for as long as I can remember. As a singer, songwriter, producer, performer, educator, and content creator, I love helping people discover their voice and develop their creativity.

At Jerrica Music Studio, I work with students and artists of all ages and experience levels — from someone taking their very first lesson to experienced performers and independent artists looking to take their craft further.

My approach is energetic, compassionate, structured, and personalized. Every student has different goals, strengths, and challenges, so I build a plan around the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula.

Whether you want to become a stronger singer, prepare for an audition or performance, write and record your own music, develop as an artist, or build your presence online — I'm here to help you grow.

This is a place to chase your creative goals — not just take a weekly singing lesson.

The Artist Behind the Studio

Learn From a Working Artist.

Jerrica Alyssa is a professional singer, songwriter, producer, performer, content creator, music educator, keyboardist, and Polynesian dancer — an artist first, still actively chasing her own artistic goals right alongside the students she teaches.

“I'm so passionate about teaching — I love helping others chase their dreams while I continue to chase my own.”

She moved from Vancouver, BC to Nashville, TN to pursue music, and continues to write, record, produce, and release original music today. In Nashville, she's worked alongside industry professionals including Grammy-nominated producer Joseph Magee (over 100+ feature films).

Her career also includes international performances across North America, China, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, the UK, Ireland, Hawaii, and Polynesia. She was a finalist on The Voice of the Philippines and Canadian Idol.

That same drive has built a genuine audience: 1.4M+ followers on TikTok and 1.34M+ subscribers on YouTube, with over 800 million total views — evidence of an artist who understands today's music industry, content creation, and audience building as well as she understands the stage. She's collaborated with brands including Disney and KFC, was featured on a billboard at SoFi Stadium by YouTube for Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and has been featured in Nashville Voyager.

Teaching is where it all comes together. Jerrica brings a current, real-world understanding of the music industry into every lesson — she isn't teaching from the sidelines, she's still actively living it.

She also holds an ARCT in Teaching from the Royal Conservatory of Music.

A lesson typically begins with a conversation about your goals, followed by breathing and vocal warm-up work and an assessment of the voice. From there, we work on a section of a song you've shared, choosing material that fits your voice and goals.

Your lesson doesn't end when the Zoom call ends.

Lessons are recorded so you can return to them while practicing, and after each one you'll receive directed practice instructions plus a personalized Google Drive folder of notes, resources, links, and recordings.

Also at the Studio

Because developing as an artist is about more than singing.

Artist Development

Develop your artistry, define your sound, and build a clearer path forward — identity and branding, song selection, performance, content, and understanding today's industry.

Songwriting

Turn ideas into songs — melody, lyrics, hooks, structure, chord progressions, co-writing, and song critique, plus help preparing professional demos.

Music Production

Take a song from idea to finished production — arrangement, instrumentation, vocal production, recording, editing, mixing, and creative direction.

Social Media Training

Build your presence as an artist — content strategy, short-form video, storytelling, audience growth, personal branding, and livestreaming, from someone who's done it.

Build Your Artist Project

Sometimes you don't need just one service — you need someone who can help you see the bigger picture. Jerrica Music Studio can support an artist across multiple stages of the creative process: developing your sound, writing a song, creating a demo, recording vocals, producing the track, preparing for performance, creating content, and building your online presence.

Every project is different. We'll focus on what you actually need and build a plan around your goals.

Vocal Exercise Library

A growing collection of vocal exercises designed to help singers develop technique, strength, flexibility, range, confidence, and control — organized so you can find exercises based on your experience level and vocal range.
